If you need any reasonable adjustments (e.g. additional time to complete a task as part of the interview, completing questions via video or providing documents in an accessible format) at any stage of the recruitment process, please contact HR@londonsport.org and we'll do our best to support you.
You'll be asked to provide an approximately 250-word answer to four questions which assess the key skills, knowledge and experience required for the role, as outlined in the Recruitment Pack.
We'll also ask you to provide some personal information about your background. This is to help us monitor our assessment processes and is not shared with anyone scoring your application.
Lastly, we'll ask you to upload a copy of your CV. Personal information such as your name is hidden from anyone scoring your CV or application form to reduce bias.
We'll score your four application questions first and if you are successful at that stage, we'll review your CV.
If successful, you'll be invited for a panel interview, which will usually take place in-person at our office in London.
Depending on the role, you may be asked to prepare a presentation before the interview or to complete a task on the day of the interview. We'll give you full details when you schedule your interview.
On the day, you'll have 15 minutes to review the interview questions before your interview, to give you time to write down some notes to help you in the interview.
Once the panel has reached a decision, you'll be notified of the outcome by email.
If you'd like any feedback after your interview please contact HR@londonsport.org.
